On March 1st the framing of the turtle enclosure began.
Bill Foster dumps concrete into the hole while Gordon Hancock keeps it straight up and Christy Hancock tamps it in.
Reed Tollefson was in charge of mixing the concrete.
Progress was really quite quick today.
